Standard Fees for Service

Phone or Email Suport - $25/half hour

Due to the high volume of repairs completed remotely, a charge of $25 per half-hour has been implemented.  However, for our “Monthly Care” clients the clock does not start at the standard 5 minutes. Instead, the first 10 minutes of phone or email support is FREE to all “Monthly Care” clients.

On-Site Service - $75/hour

Travel fee for greater than 15 minutes from Norwood or Bowmansville = $25 per 15 minutes

In-Shop Service = $50/hour

For desktop computers all we need is the tower and the original CD's that came with the computer. For laptops we also need the power cord and any original CD's. Unless special parts are needed, we usually have your computer repaired in 3 days or less. A diagnostic fee of $25 for Desktops and $50 for Laptops will be charged. This fee will be waived if a repair is completed.

Emergency Response - add $25 to the above fees

At times you may need a repair without any delay. In order to receive this service, an "Emergency Response" fee will apply.

Payment is due when the service is complete unless otherwise agreed upon using any of the following: Cash, Check, or PayPal
